OUTFITPOST/ SELFIE

Here's a new outfitpost with a couple of so called "selfies". I was wearing a new vest/jacket from AAIKO and a top from SUPERTRASH. On the second pic I'm wearing the same outfit. On the third one, I'm wearing a T-shirt from DAPHNEA, with leather sleeves. And a fluffy vest from MISS CHARM. On the last pic I'm wearing the SUPERTRASH top again and a blazer from H&M. 

I really love that I can mix all of these items together, to personalize my style. I bought the SUPERTRASH top yesterday at Vrouw Women's Wear. And I really love the toughness of it!

Also, as you can tell, I was trying out some extra features on my phone. It turns out I have a beauty filter on my phone to make the perfect selfies! And by using a timer, you don't have the weird long arm thing. I like it!

OH YES IT'S LADIES NIGHT..

Here are a few pictures from the really well went ladies night last night! For the ones that don't know what I'm talking about.. We did a ladies night that was planned by bar/restaurant Terlago in Horst. Vrouw Women's Wear did the clothing for our models according to the latest trends for upcoming season, I showed the latest hairtrends on the models and Cocon parfummerie salon did the make-up. The models walked 2 rounds with other clothing, hair and adjusted make-up. This all between the lovely courses of the guests. 

The ladies got a 6 course tapas diner served with matching whine.

The night was so much fun and everything went really good. There were also pictures made by a professional photographer. So they will follow soon! Thanks for visiting!

MAGIC TOUCH

Here's a little review from the body cream I got from my lovely girls at work. It's the "magic touch cherry blossom & rice milk body cream" from Rituals. It's the first time I've got something from Rituals. And I know they've got really great stuff. But most of the time I don't spend that much money on a bodylotion or something like that. But if you get it for a present, it's most likely that you get addicted to it and you'll buy it again yourself!

It smells really nice and has got a great texture. It feels like it melts in to your skin.  I'm really happy with it and sure I will buy it again once this jar is empty.

But I hope that will take a long time because I'm really carefull with using it :)

I ran into this picture a couple of days ago and I just kept looking at her hair.. I don't know if I like her colour or not. It's meant to look like the sun/ light hits her hair and gives a lighter glow to it.

SHOPPING SPREE FALL/WINTER 2013

Lately I have done a little bit of shopping. I still have a lot of things that are on trend for upcoming fall/winter, but a few new garnments are never out of place;)

I'll explain what everything on the photo's above is:

I really love my new clothes, especially the ones from Supertrash and Aaiko. There made from nice rich materials so they fit really well.

B-DAY GIFTS

28th of August is my birthday. This year I was on my holiday at Indonesia, that day we were on Bali to be precise. I celebrated with a big hamburger with french fries and trying out some cocktails at night. So.. I wasn't home with my family and my colleagues this time.  And I got my presents a few days later when I arrived at work. 

And they bought me some really nice gifts! Above you can see the gifts I got from my colleagues. They got me a hot iron holster, which is ideal for my flat iron and I can put it anywhere like the sink or sidetable. It sticks to the surface and I can put my flat iron in it whithout getting burnmarks. And I'm also saving space.

The other things I got from them are these handcare things, a scrub and a lotion for soft hands and a really nice bodycrème for the softess skin. I'm trying it later this evening.

From my parents I got a perfect jacket/vest from Aaiko. It's made from partly suedine and partly a leatherish kind of material and it fits really well. I also love the colour! The jacket/vest will be in my next blogpost about my shopping spree.

So these were the sweetest b-day gifts from my lovely colleagues and parents. With my sister I always go out for lunch for our birthdays. When it's hers, I buy her lunch and when it's mine, she buys me lunch.

It's often the only way to really make time for each other, since we both have busy lives.

The gift I got from my sweet boyfriend was a beautiful white golden ring, in the shape of a cross, with little diamonds on each end. If you guys follow me on Instagram you probably have seen the picture.

SUNDAY INSP. FOR F/W #1

Here's some sunday inspiration for upcoming fall/winter. In Holland sadly the fall is allready doing it's thing and it's raining combined with a lower temperature. Which is not so nice, since I still have to get used to the colder weather. In which case we have to say bye bye strappy sandals, bye bye shorts and skirts and bye bye cute dresses and tops. But... if you combine them with some tights, or vests/jackets, then it's ok to wear them again. 

In the stores there allready hanging some cute vests and big knitted sweaters, perfect for those cold winternights. And those beanies with bear ears are also really cute, I allready bought one of those with my sister last friday. It was 30 degrees that day and yes, I was buying a knitted beanie ;). You can't be to early buying things for the next upcoming season. It doesn't mean you have to wear it allready, you can just hang or lay it in your closet, waiting to be worn...

I'M BACK!

Hi, here I am again, back from beautiful Indonesia. It was an amazing holiday and we did all of the things we wanted to do and saw some really amazing nature and culture. We had a swim with dolphins, had a ride on a elephant, I got to hold a python and feed flying dogs.

It was a long trip from Holland to Indonesia and back, but it was worth it.

I have some photo's I took with my phone, but the most great photo's were taken with our camera. And.. I will show some of them after we sorted them out. Because we took a lot of pictures. And by a lot, I really really mean A LOT.

We were afraid to miss something and we were looking from left to right constantly when we were in the van with our driver. 

Also, the people are so friendly, and the food is so good.
